What to expect in 10th grade

The year that builds real academic momentum.

Sophomore year bridges the foundation of freshman year with the intensity ahead. Literary analysis gets more sophisticated. Math advances to Geometry or Algebra II. Chemistry replaces Biology. Standardized test prep and college planning start to appear on the horizon. This is the year where strong students accelerate and struggling students either catch up or fall further behind. At Score Academy, teachers see exactly where each student stands and adjust before small gaps become big problems. Every student gets the attention they need to build real momentum heading into junior year.
